Pakistani actress Zara Noor Abbas recently opened up about the difficult experience of her pregnancy, calling it the “worst-ever” time in a candid Instagram Q&A session. Responding to a fan’s question about overcoming anxiety during pregnancy, Zara shared her personal struggle, revealing how challenging the journey was for her.

“Pregnancy is one of the toughest stages of your life. I mean, mine was. It was tough. At times I thought this was it for me. It was never going to end. I couldn’t walk, I couldn’t go to the washroom. Couldn’t eat, I was exhausted. and honestly had the worst time ever,” she shared honestly.

Despite the struggles, Zara emphasized the importance of a solid support system, stating, “But Allah, my parents, and some very very very close friends made me go through that time. Your support system has to be immaculate in times like these. My mother was my biggest support.”

Zara Noor Abbas is a celebrated actress known for her remarkable roles in both television and film. She gained widespread fame for her performance in the popular drama Khamoshi on Hum TV.
