Bollywood superstar Govinda and his wife, Sunita Ahuja, are reportedly heading for divorce after 37 years of marriage.

Speculation about their separation began after an Indian media outlet claimed on social media that “Govinda and his wife Sunita Ahuja are allegedly in the final stages of divorce.”

Adding fuel to the rumors, reports suggest that Govinda’s alleged affair with a 30-year-old Marathi actress may have played a role in their separation. However, neither Govinda nor Sunita has issued a statement confirming or denying these claims.

Govinda and Sunita tied the knot in 1987, during the early days of his Bollywood career. The couple shares two children, a son and a daughter.

Recently, in an interview, Sunita spoke about their unique living arrangement. “I was the one who proposed to Govinda, while Govinda and I mostly live in separate houses because Govinda loves to talk a lot,” she revealed.

Explaining their dynamic further, she added, “That’s why our meetings keep happening, and we also have a lot of interaction. He will always be seen sitting with 10 to 12 people and talking.”
