Actor Arjun Rampal suffered an injury at the Next On Netflix event on Monday while making a grand entrance. Videos and pictures circulating on social media show the actor bleeding from his fingers after smashing through a glass pane.

In a clip shared by Instagram user Cin-A-Mates, Arjun was seen standing behind a glass wall ahead of the promotion for Rana Naidu Season 2. As part of his dramatic entry, he kicked and punched the glass, which then shattered and fell on him. He was later spotted bleeding from his fingers, though he maintained his composure. Host Maniesh Paul pointed out the injury, but Arjun simply smiled, brushing off the incident.

Arjun’s upcoming show, Rana Naidu 2, an official adaptation of Ray Donovan, stars Rana Daggubati and Venkatesh. Speaking about the second season, Rana shared, “The first season was a walk in the park compared to the second chapter, which is going to be messy and bloodier.”

Creator Karan Anshuman hinted that the new season will go beyond the father-son conflict, as Rana Naidu takes on one last job before exiting the fixing business—only to find himself entangled in dangerous confrontations.
