Alia Bhatt has never hidden her admiration for Shah Rukh Khan. She previously starred alongside him in “Dear Zindagi” and even co-produced a film with him. Fans of the duo have long awaited their on-screen reunion. Recently, Alia shared her desire to work with SRK again, and everyone is manifesting this collaboration.

On March 2, 2025, Alia Bhatt hosted a meet-and-greet for her fans at a Mumbai restaurant. During the event, she engaged in a heartfelt interaction with them. When a fan asked her to name her dream co-star or someone she would love to work with again, she responded enthusiastically.

Alia Bhatt revealed that she wished to collaborate with Shah Rukh Khan again. She praised King Khan for his remarkable presence, experience, and the energy he brings to every set.

In the 2016 movie “Dear Zindagi”, Alia Bhatt portrayed the protagonist, Kaira, who seeks help from Dr. Jug, played by Shah Rukh Khan, for her insomnia. Gauri Shinde directed the slice-of-life film, which received widespread acclaim, along with praise for Alia and Shah Rukh’s performances.

Alia made a cameo in SRK’s movie “Zero”, while he had a special appearance in her fantasy film “Brahmāstra: Part One—Shiva”. She also co-produced her debut production, “Darlings”, alongside SRK.

Alia Bhatt created a memorable experience for her fans at the meet-and-greet event. Fans from across the country attended the lunch and shared inside pictures and videos. Alia took selfies, signed autographs, and prepared special gift hampers for each attendee. She even personally selected the lunch menu for the event.

The menu featured appetizers such as Kung Pao Potatoes, Wild Mushroom Gyoza, Burrata ala Citron, Spicy Garlic Edamame, Jalapeno & Cheese Poppers, Rock Tomorokoshi Tempura, Veg Nachos, and Chicken Gyoza.

Alia’s staples included French Fries, Pizza Margherita, and Mac & Cheese. The main course featured Spicy Pasta, Thai Green Curry Veg with Rice, Thai Green Curry Chicken with Rice, and Heartichoke Pizza. For dessert, she selected Strawberry Cheesecake Gelato, Dark Chocolate Gelato, Bread Pudding, and Moong Dal Halwa.
