Karachi: The mysterious death of actress Humaira Asghar has taken a new turn as fresh details emerge from her initial post-mortem report.

According to the authorities, the actress died approximately 8 to 10 months ago, with her body discovered under disturbing circumstances.

The police surgeon’s report reveals that Humaira’s body was brought in a plastic bag for examination. Notably, her eyes and brain were missing at the time of post-mortem, and small insects had developed inside her body, indicating advanced decomposition.

The report also states that her nails had separated from her bones, although no broken bones were detected. The lower part of her body was found to be completely decayed.

A physical examination did not find any signs of sexual assault. Forensic experts collected hair and shirt fragments from the body for chemical analysis.
