Bollywood Diva Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been taken to Mumbai’s Nanavati Hospital to be treated for COVID-19. 

She had tested positive for coronavirus a few days ago. She had quarantined herself at Bachchan residence Jalsa, which was sealed by the Brihanmumbai Corporation or BMC.

Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan are being treated at Nanavati Hospital.

Earlier, Abhishek had broken the news on Twitter about his wife’s illness. He had also informed that his daughter had also contracted the virus.

Superstar Amitabh Bachchan appreciated healthcare workers for the hard work they do to tackle coronavirus pandemic. He wrote a praising note for them and acknowledged their endeavors.

The veteran actor is currently being treated at Mumbai’s Nanavati Hospital.

He tweeted, “Pristine white their layered dress, dedicated to serve they be, god-like incarnations they, companions of the sufferer they, erased they their ego have, to us they have embraced in care, they be the divine destination, they fly the flags of humanity.”

In another tweet, he thanked his fans for all the wishes he received.
