The Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor recently bought a new lavish house worth INR 390 million in Mumbai, reported the local media.

The giant property that costs 39 crores in the suburban areas is spread across three floors. In December, last year the actress confirmed the deal by paying INR 78 lacs for this Juhu JVPD property.

“The flats are spread on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floor of the building named Araya Building. The carpet area of the flat as per the documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia is 3,456 area,” reports the local media.

The Dostana 2 actress finalized the deal for the triplex on December 7, 2020.

Janhvi Kapoor has Roohi Afza currently awaiting to release and she still has Dostana 2 with Kartik Aaryan, left to be filmed post the lockdown. The actress is said to be holidaying in Goa with Kartik Aaryan. The two actors appear to be more than ‘good friends’.
