Bollywood legend and veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan will be honored with the FIAF Award for Outstanding Performance this year for a motion picture and for his services in the film industry.

This award is given annually by the International Federation of Film Archives to those who have rendered outstanding services in the field of film.

The award will be presented to Amitabh Bachchan by renowned Hollywood filmmakers Martin Scorsese and Christopher Nolan.

The two Hollywood bigwigs have a long association with the FIAF and both are highly acclaimed for their efforts in the film world.

Amitabh Bachchan is back in action as he will soon be appearing in the film ‘Chehre’ which is to be released in April, 2021.
