Kangana Ranaut, who recently voiced her opposition to the repeal of three disputed farm rules, said that a mob of ‘farmers’ attacked her car in Punjab.

Kangana Ranaut shared a video of her car being mobbed by protesters in Punjab on Instagram Stories. They could be heard chanting ‘murdabad’ (down with)’ slogans, but the rest of it was unclear. “A mob attacked my car as I entered Punjab… “They are saying they are farmers,” she wrote beside the video.

Kangana announced in another video that she arrived in Punjab from Himachal Pradesh on Friday. She stated she was attacked by a throng as soon as she arrived in the state. She stated, ‘They are calling themselves farmers and attacking me, abusing me and threatening to kill me. Mob lynching is taking place openly in our country,”

Kangana described the event as “unbelievable,” and wondered how she would have handled it if she hadn’t been protected. “There are so many police officers here but my car is still not being allowed to leave. Am I politician? Do I run a political party)? What is this behaviour? Unbelievable!” she said.
