Aamir Khan is one of Bollywood’s most popular actors. He made waves yesterday after teaming up with Kareena Kapoor Khan to start a feather challenge on Instagram, as well as releasing a preview for Laal Singh Chaddha’s debut song. However, today, Aamir’s daughter has gotten all the attention after she shared a photo of herself on Instagram, stating that she suffers from anxiety episodes.

Ira Khan is seen in the photo wearing a beige nightgown and taking a selfie in front of a mirror. She starts her caption by saying “I’ve started suffering anxiety attacks.” She than talks about struggling with anxiousness and getting stressed out, which leads to crying uncontrollably. But this is the first time she had an anxiety attack. Ira further went on to say the she thinks anxiety attacks do have a physiological definition and signs. That is palpitations and shortness of breath, and crying. And that it continues to grow. Slowly. It has the feel of approaching disaster. She added that she has never expected a panic attack, which is a horrible feeling.

If it happens more often she will definitely tell her therapist about it.

Ira said that she shared this with her followers in case someone needs words to convey how they’re feeling, and this can be of any help.” She further went on to talk about how the attacks make her feels and problems it come with.
