Jr NTR stated at the trailer premiere ceremony for ‘RRR’ that he has admired Ajay Devgn since boyhood. “Please do not even compare myself with Ajay sir,” Jr NTR had said, referring to his co-star as a guru. We used to watch his movies when we were kids. He was our action hero, and he is still one now. I saw Phool Aur Kaante, and the entrance moment was fantastic. When I told my mother I wanted to do this, she said things like this never happen in movies. I’ve seen a lot of Telugu movies, but none have had an entrance like Ajay sir’s in Phool Aur Kaante. It was like working with a Guru when I met Ajay sir. I didn’t get the chance to share screen time with him, but it was wonderful to witness such a gentleman.”
