Just like the actor, jokes regarding Anil Kapoor youthlessness are eternal. The actor recently made fun of himself and his renown “agelessness” on the comedy programme Case Toh Banta Hai. He quipped that he was working on a movie with Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor’s five-year-old son Taimur Ali Khan, in which the star child would play his father.

The first courtroom comedy in India, Case Toh Banta Hai, is currently airing on Amazon miniTV, which is a free online video service provided by Amazon. Each episode of the show has a different celebrity defending themselves against “allegations” made against them, with actors Riteish Deshmukh and Varun Sharma playing the prosecutor and defence attorney, respectively. Judge Kusha Kapila fills in while seated. Anil Kapoor appeared as a guest and defendant in the second episode, which debuted for streaming on Friday.

Riteish questioned Anil about his network of contacts in the industry during the programme. The actor said he was pals with “youngsters” as well and mentioned Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, his son Harsh Vardhan Kapoor, and Taimur Ali Khan after mentioning his contemporaries and elders like Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Aamir Khan. As he said Taimur, Riteish acted surprised, to which Anil added, “Taimur and I are very friendly. In fact, we are doing a film together. He plays my father.”
