Sonam Kapoor resumes exercise 60 days “after Vayu”: Video

Sonam wrote with a video she shared on Instagram.  “Let’s begin! #keepitrealwithSonam. Thank you @radhikasbalancebody for taking me through my pregnancy and now helping my postnatal journey. @gentlebirthmethod and you have been instrumental in keeping @pranavgoswamy.”

The hashtag #WorkingMomLife appears at the start of the video. Sonam was also heard in the video saying, “Being a working parent is a constant state of weariness, but it’s also happiness and excitement.

Her daily schedule was also revealed, and it went as follows: “Meeting, then feed, then another meeting, then feed, eat, sleep and then pump.”

Anand Ahuja, the husband of actress Kareena Kapoor, wrote: “So cute. was beaming through the entire video. Yesss you got this, said Rhea Kapoor, the sister in the background.

On the video, Father Anil Kapoor also added some clapping emoticons.

Sonam and Anand had a baby boy on August 20, 2022 after getting married in 2018. The actress from Ranjhana shared the information on social media.

Sonam Kapoor most recently appeared in the 2019 film Zoya Factor with Dulquer Salmaan. According to reports, she has Blind in development, an adaptation of a 2011 Korean movie.
