A Delhi court has extended Jacqueline Fernandez’s temporary bail in the Rs 200 crore money laundering case until November 15. The order was held Thursday. Special Judge Shailendra Malik, who granted Ms. Fernandez pre-arrest protection, said the court will deliver the order on Tuesday.

ANI tweeted, “Rs 200 crores money laundering case | Delhi’s Patiala House Court extends the interim bail of actor Jacqueline Fernandez till 15th November. The order on regular bail will be pronounced on that day.” Regular bail will be pronounced then. The Enforcement Directorate said in its submission that Ms. Fernandez can easily flee the country because she’s wealthy. Why hasn’t the actor been arrested yet?

The agency told the court it issued a LOC to stop the actor from leaving the country. Jacqueline has requested bail because the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet filed.
The court granted her interim bail on September 26 with a Rs 50,000 personal bond.
Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi have been questioned by ED. Both actresses made recordings. Jacqueline Fernandez dated the conman, too. Sukesh Chandrasekhar and Leena Maria Paul were arrested by the ED for allegedly running an extortion racket from Tihar Jail in Delhi.
