Late on Wednesday, Akshay posted a photo of himself reading a book. Fit @ Any Age: A Practitioner’s Guide by former Air Marshal PV Iyer was the book he was holding. Akshay posted the image to Instagram and stated, “If I could have only one blessing in life, it would be ‘fit at any age’. Former Air Marshal PV Iyer’s book is titled just that. What an inspiration at 92 years of age, Sir! Hope to learn so much from your book.”

Akshay, a well-known fitness and health enthusiast, begins each morning with a demanding workout routine. He shared a video of his workout session last month, leaving fans to wonder if he was really only 55 years old. Each year, the Hindi film industry sees a number of movies from Akshay. He has five releases this year. First-half releases Raksha Bandhan, Samrat Prithviraj, and Bachchan Pandey received lukewarm reviews.

Both the thriller Cuttputlli, which made its online debut, and Abhishek Sharma’s Ram Setu, which was released in theatres, fared better with critics. For his upcoming releases, Akshay has some intriguing projects planned. These include the family-friendly comedy Selfiee, which also stars Emraan Hashmi, Diana Penty, and Nushratt Bharuccha. The movie will be released in 2023 in February.

Additionally, he will collaborate with Tiger Shroff on their upcoming movie, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. A soon-to-be-released sequel to his movie OMG! Oh My God is also planned. He also has a role with Radhika Madan in the Hindi version of the Tamil movie Soorarai Pottru scheduled.
