A few months ago, Kareena Kapoor was in London filming for Hansal Mehta’s movie, and she frequently posted pictures from the set.

One of the most adored Bollywood actresses is Kareena Kapoor Khan. She is eager to thrill us in Hansal Mehta’s upcoming film because fans want to watch her on screen. The actress had been filming for this movie in London for a few months when fans’ enthusiasm levels were at an all-time high due to the many glimpses she shared from the sets. She talked about how Hollywood actress Kate Winslet served as inspiration for her character in the movie in an interview with Variety published today.

Kareena Kapoor Khan portrays a mother and a detective who must investigate a murder in a little village in Buckinghamshire, as she revealed to the magazine. The Buckingham Murders is the tentative title for the next movie. The actress continued, “I love Mare of Easttown and when Hansal came to me, I said this is something that I’ve really been dying to do. So we’ve molded a little bit on those lines, she plays a detective cop in that. It’s the first time that I’ve dabbled in that.”

For those who are unaware, the hashtag “#Boycott Bollywood” began last year before the release of many movies, including Laal Singh Chadha, Liger, Brahmastra, and Raksha Bandhan. The tendency had an impact on some of the movies’ box office performance. I really disagree with it, Kareena stated  ‘I don’t agree with it at all. If that happens, how will we entertain, how will you have the joy and happiness in your life, which, I think everybody needs and which cinema and films are promising, which we have always done, which films have always done. Agar films nahi hogi toh entertainment kaisa hoga.’

On the work in the front, Kareena is working on a number of initiatives for her career. The thriller directed by Sujoy Ghosh and based on the novel The Devotion of Suspect X will feature her next. Jaideep Ahlawat and Vijay Varma are also featured in the movie. She also has the upcoming, unnamed film by filmmaker Hansal Mehta. In addition, she stars in the upcoming comedy The Crew with Tabu and Kriti Sanon.
