After his daughter, actress Athiya Shetty, married cricketer KL Rahul, actor Suniel Shetty published his first social media message. He published an image from their wedding celebration on Monday.

Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul, who got married on Monday, received a heartfelt message from their new father-in-law, actor Suniel Shetty, on social media. Suniel tweeted a photo from their wedding and described them as both his children. He made his post the day after the little ceremony at his property in Khandala.

“A hand to hold and a reason to believe because sometimes the right place is a person and the ingredients love and trust … congratulations and Godbless my bachchas.” Suniel wrote in the post. Godspeed and blessings to my bachchas. The newlyweds were also tagged by him.

Athiya Shetty hurried to the comment area as soon as Suniel’s post went live and wrote, “Love you,” with a heart emoji. Following this, a number of famous people tweeted their congratulations to the Shetty family.

Shilpa Shetty, a former co-star, commented on Suniel’s post, saying, “Many many congratulations to you and Mana. Wishing Athiya and Rahul happiness always” Congratulations, Sameera Reddy, a former actress, commented,  “Wishing the beautiful couple all the happiness in the world Congratulations,”  Rahul Dev, an actor, stated, “Biggg Congratulations dear Anna … exemplary father, person and friend … you deserve the best of happiness … wish both the Kidoos Biggg Love and Abundance”

Actor Athiya and cricketer KL Rahul were married after dating for a long time. The bride and groom declared their nuptials on Instagram on Monday after Suniel confirmed their pheras outside the wedding locations. In a combined post, they stated, “In your light, I learn how to love… Today, with our most loved ones, we got married in the home that’s given us immense joy and serenity. With a heart full of gratitude and love, we seek your blessings on this journey of togetherness.”

Athiya dazzled at the wedding with a hand-embroidered pastel pink blouse and lehenga from designer Anamika Khanna’s racks. She accessorised it with bulky jewellery that was polki adorned. Rahul, in contrast, was spotted wearing a cream sherwani.

Athiya and Rahul will take a break before having their lavish reception, which is probably going to be in Mumbai. The party would take place following the 2023 Indian Premier League, Suniel informed the press. It is scheduled to start on April 1 and last until June 4 for the unversed.
