According to sources, Sunny Deol will launch the Gadar 2 campaign on February 16 in preparation for his Independence Day 2023 release.

“Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel will visit the Bigg Boss Finale set on February 16 to promote their epic tale of partition drama, Gadar 2. Gadar 2’s entire production crew is currently considering whether to even share a brief trailer of the movie via the Bigg Boss platform. They will make a decision in the coming days, according to sources.

Salman and Sunny are friends because they both have a great deal of respect for each other’s families. Salman has often acknowledged that he admires Dharmendra. “Sunny is usually shy and prefers to stay away from reality show visits. But since he shares a certain comfort level with Salman, he is all excited to shoot for this special Bigg Boss episode next weekend. In-fact, Sunny and Salman have already spoken about things which can be explored on the finale,” the source shared.

Anil Sharma is the director of Gadar 2, a sequel to the all-time greatest hit Gadar: Ek Prem Katha from 2001. The story moves up 20 years, and Tara Singh (Sunny Deol) will now travel to Pakistan to see his son Jeete (Utkarsh Sharma). Gadar 2’s battle revolves around the 1971 India-Pakistan War. The insider concluded, “Gadar 2 will run a longer than usual promotional campaign as well because the producers are confident in their material and want to pitch it as an event Hindi film for an Independence Day blast.
