Working with the late Satish Kaushik brings back the best memories for Govinda. In movies like “Sajan Chale Sasural,” “Rajaji,” “Hadh Kar Di Aapne,” and “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,” to mention a few, the pair served forth entertaining material.

Govinda, who was devastated by Satish Kaushik’s passing, revealed, “It feels very, very terrible. May God grant him peace and blessings on his soul. It gives me great sadness to learn that Sharafat Ali from Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, my Sajan Chale Sasural’s Mutthu and Pappu Pager of Deewana Mastana, has passed away.

Subhash Ghai reflected on his close buddy while speaking to ETimes, “In real life, I don’t know many performers who are close to me. Callable individuals with whom I may share both good and sad moments. Throughout the time we spent working together on “Ram Lakhan,” Satish has been one of them. He and I met last month. During our conversation regarding the film’s premiere, Karan Razdan’s was discussed. As usual, Satish was really enthusiastic. He was talking about the film he will be directing after this one. Whether he was performing on stage, a large screen, on a smaller screen, or writing, he was a wonderful artist. He excelled in whatever he attempted.”

Satish Kaushik, an actor, writer, and director died of a heart attack on March 9 in Gurugram at the age of 66.
