Actress Kangana Ranaut commented on rumors regarding her movie Thalaivii. She denied rumors that movie distributors had requested a 6 crore refund from the producers of the biopic on her Instagram account. The actor referred to it as “fake propaganda” and said that she had already sold the same distributor her future movie.

She published one of these news stories with the caption, “All this a fake propaganda by film mafia I have sold Emergency to @zeestudiosofficial and Thalaivii recovered all its cost before it’s release. It’s been two years since its release.” She continued, “Endless fake news is being circulated about me, please ignore those jinki jali padi hai (ignore those who are jealous of me),”

Vijay is the director of Halaivi. J. Jayalalithaa, a former chief minister of Tamil Nadu, is the subject of the bilingual movie. Arvind Swami played MG Ramachandran, the former state chief minister and founder of the ADMK, in the movie. One of the high-budget movies of 2021 was this one.

According to a recent story, the film distributor Zee Studios paid the producers an advance of Rs. 6 crore, which has not yet been reimbursed. It went on to say that the distributor had tried contacting the makers via phone calls and emails for the previous two years, but there had been no response. According to reports, the situation will go to court.

Although Kangana gained weight for her role of Jayalalithaa, for which she received plaudits, the movie didn’t do as well at the box office as anticipated. It only made about $1.46 crore at the domestic box office, reports Bollywood Hungama. Other reports, however, stated that it exceeded 4 crore globally.

Kangana, meanwhile, will turn one year older on Thursday. She is in Udaipur right now, preparing for her special day. In one of the videos she released from the city, she commented, “Ignore changu mangu gang, just focus on my beauty.”

In addition to this, she is currently working on Tejas, Manikarnika Returns: The Legend of Didda, and The Incarnation: Sita. She just finished shooting Chandramukhi 2.
