The Gone Girl actress was joined by The Martian actor as they ate lunch during a break from filming in Northridge, California.

Jennifer Lopez’s lover was photographed standing behind the car door, as Damon smiled at him.

Damon looked smart in a basic white t-shirt and black jeans, while Affeck wore a green shirt with navy blue trousers.

The actors are working on a film based on Nike’s long-shot attempt to get Michael Jordan as their marketing ambassador.

Aside from directing the film, Affleck will play the co-founder of the footwear firm, Phil Knight, while Damon will play the company’s CEO, Sonny Vaccaro.

An insider previously told OK Magazine that, despite their tight friendship, Affleck selected his brother Casey Affleck to be his Best Man at his wedding.
