Erika Jayne opted for comfort over glitz when she was photographed arriving home from a shopping trip in Los Angeles on Wednesday. The 50-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was dressed in a black Adidas tracksuit. Along with a giant red tote that read “As Seen On TV.”

The reality TV star has been accused of being the ‘frontwoman’ of former husband Tom Girardi’s allegedly unlawful business transactions in a $55 million lawsuit. However, without a care in the world, the star is roaming as fresh as ever. Her sporty ensemble was completed by black and white sneakers and large dark sunglasses. Her platinum hair was tied back into a sloppy bun at the crown of her head.

Despite her current legal troubles, the actress appeared to be in high spirits during the sunny stroll.
Her revelation comes after she and her estranged husband Tom were named in a newly filed complaint alleging improper business operations.

After reading legal records, on Tuesday that Erika, her company EJ Global LLC, Girardi, his law firm Girardi & Keese, and his lenders were named in a legal petition by the law firm Edelson PC, which is seeking a minimum of $55 million in damages in a jury trial.
