“Thank you for your continued love and support,” she wrote in her June 8 Instagram Story.

Todd, 53, and Julie, 49, were indicted in August 2019 after federal authorities accused them of conspiring to defraud several banks by allegedly providing false information while applying for millions of dollars in loans from 2007 to 2012. They were also accused of misusing loan proceeds for personal gain.

In the same month as their indictment, the couple, who have been married since 1996, pleaded not guilty to financial crime charges stemming from the allegations.

Lindsie, who has been estranged from Todd and Julie for years, previously discussed how their already-strained relationship was impacted by the legal ordeal. “To be perfectly honest, most of the years covered in the indictment, I was not in communication with my parents,” she said on a 2019 episode of Coffee Convos. “And I didn’t talk to my parents throughout college, so I would’ve had no knowledge of anything.”
