On the podcast, the “Spider Man” actor revealed that Vergara caught his eye for the first time at the 2010 MTV Music Awards ceremony. However, their first proper conversation occurred at the White House Correspondents Dinner four years later.
Despite the fact that Vergara was then engaged to businessman Nick Loeb, Manganiello persisted in making the introduction. Vergara’s co-star in “Modern Family,” Jesse Tyler Ferguson, “brought her over,” Manganiello said.
