It was previously unknown who the suit’s unidentified plaintiff was; now, Puck News’ Eriq Gardner reports that the Oscar-winning actor 47 is in fact the one who initiated the case back in April.

According to the article, the FBI agent claimed that Brad dragged Angelina to the back of the plane, gripped her shoulders, and yelled at her, among other things.

Angelina said that Pitt was intoxicated and poured beer on her during a fight on the same trip, adding that she was injured.

After consulting with the assistant U.S. attorney, the special agent reportedly decided not to press criminal charges. Jolie allegedly responded by filing a secret lawsuit against the FBI for access to Brad’s federal inquiry files.

According to reports, Jolie filed a suit against the bureau in April under the alias Jane Doe, seeking documents related to an investigation involving Pitt, in an effort to learn why no criminal charges were filed against her ex-spouse following the 2016 flight incident that ultimately led to their split.
