Two months after filing for divorce in August, Kelsea Ballerini and Morgan Evans have come to a settlement. The former couple struck an agreement on all matters pertaining to their divorce on October 24 in the County of Davidson in Tennessee, according to a court document.

Ballerini and Evans have both “vacated the marital house” in Nashville, as stated in the agreement. A real estate agent that has been chosen by both parties has the house now on the market for sale.

According to the paperwork, the musicians, who had a pre-nuptial agreement, also shared their personal belongings, including furniture for their homes.

Requests for a response from the singers’ representatives have gone unanswered.

After nearly five years of marriage, the singer of “Heartfirst,” 29, and the musician of “Kiss Somebody,” 37, first filed for divorce on August 29.

The two country singers first connected in March 2016 when co-hosting the CMC Awards in Evans’ home nation of Australia. They became engaged in December and Wed in a small wedding by the ocean in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, a year later.
