She revealed that the premise of the song was inspired by a particular moment from the 2003 blockbuster sequel, in which Demi Moore stars.

‘In a Heartbeat,’ says Drew Barrymore, She Would Do a Third Charlie’s Angels Movie I Will Continually Say Yes Since perhaps 15 years ago, that song has been a favourite of mine, said Cameron. I was detained when I saw the part in Charlie’s Angels where she is lying in front of a fire and you discover that she is a villain and the song playing is “A Girl Like You.” When I was 7 years old, I was nailed to the floor, and I’ve always enjoyed it.

Moore, 60, played Madison Lee, a former Angel who betrays Charlie and his three greatest agents, in the movie Full Throttle (Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore and Lucy Liu).
