Jennifer Lopez 53-year-old actress, who appeared on screen as Selena Quintanilla 25 years ago, went shopping with her family yesterday while sporting a grey graphic tee with the late singer’s image.

The outing took place just hours after she published a Christmas newsletter saying that she had received some Selena merchandise from the star’s sister. Perhaps the outfit was something she unwrapped at that time.

The “Marry Me” actress discussed some of her favorite presents to give and receive in the most recent issue of “On The JLo,” including the musical shirts Selena’s family gave her for Christmas.

She added, “This week Suzette and the family got me a great Selena gift box and I loved it!!!” “I put on this Selena shirt immediately away to go shopping for Christmas. These shirts are a really awesome gift if you appreciate rock and roll t-shirts. Since Selena played such a significant role in my life, you can be sure that I’ll be donning these in the coming year. The “Let’s Get Loud” singer flaunted a different Selena T-shirt with a flowery pattern in the email.

The singer paid tribute to the film’s 25th anniversary earlier this year, remembering the amazing memories of playing Selena, who was murdered by Yolanda Saldvar, the head of her fan club, at the age of 23. The present was undoubtedly heartfelt.
