Kristin Cavallari is picking up some lessons that will change her life. The 35-year-old former star of Very Cavallari shared a slideshow of her trip to Los Barriles on Instagram. Cavallari traveled with her closest friend and hairstylist, Justin Anderson, and took a four-day cleanse abroad.

She stated, “After humorously mentioning that she’s still unmarried and Justin is only a friend, “Okay, but honestly, this vacation has been the finest of my life. We traveled to Mexico for a 4-day detox, and although I’ve been through several physicals cleanses, I’ve never undergone an emotional or spiritual cleanse.”

Cavallari posted a picture of herself and Anderson sporting “No Bad Days” tie-dye shirts. She also displayed some breathtaking oceanfront views in addition to her white bikini.

“I’m going home with so much clarity and peace and feeling more connected to myself than I ever have. This trip taught me that comparison is the thief of joy- and I mean even with experiences,” she continues.

“If I’m over here wondering why my experience was different than yours, it takes me out of mine and what my experience is trying to teach me. It takes me out of being present. I’m on a major spiritual journey and I feel like this is just the beginning. I’m going home a different woman and for that, I am eternally grateful.”

Cavallari has previously been open with her followers regarding both her physical and mental health. The founder of Uncommon James talked about her fitness struggle and progress on Instagram in June.

Due to the intense stress she was under at the time, Cavallari claimed she “couldn’t even identify the girl in those other two shots,” referring to two old pictures in the post.

“I work out really hard and am dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and I think just because I’m a mom doesn’t mean I can’t be proud of my body and be comfortable in my skin. So, here you go,” she wrote in the caption.

Cavallari and her ex-husband Jay Cutler have three kids together: Camden, 10, Jaxon, 8, and Saylor, 6. after their marriage turned “toxic,” the Laguna Beach alum and the ex-NFL player legally divorced in 2020, according to Cavallari.

It took her “a few years to finally pull the trigger” and end her marriage, she said, adding that every one of her friends and family understood this during an edition of the Call Her Daddy podcast in August.

“I was really unhappy and that was the bottom line, and I was in an unhealthy relationship. And so that to me is not worth it. Also, I didn’t want my kids to think that that was normal. I wanted them to see me happy and see me eventually — not right now — but eventually, see me with someone who really respects me and treats me the way I need to be treated,” she said.
