Patricia Arquette is open to having surgery to stay young because there is a lot of pressure in Hollywood to appear a certain way.

The 54-year-old “Medium” star told Page Six in an exclusive interview at the Gotham Awards Gala earlier this week, “This is my own face and if tomorrow I decide to have a facelift, then I’m going to do it.”

“Everyone gets to do what they want their own face … but I understand why people feel that pressure.”

In Hollywood, there is “serious pressure to look a certain way,” Arquette continued. The “Severance” actor claimed that “[the look is] this, sort of, everlasting ingénue, and you simply don’t see it much in the human race.” It has a somewhat distinctive Hollywood appearance.

The actress went on to describe how she manages to handle pressure.

“At the end of the day, there’s Hollywood and your relationship with Hollywood as an actor, and then there’s also your own relationship with yourself and the world around you,” the “Otherhood” star said.

“What adventures do you want to have in this life? I feel very happy with where I am right now.”

Arquette has been performing in films for many years, including “True Romance” and “Flirting with Disaster.”

She has won awards for her work in recent years, including an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for the film “Boyhood” and Emmys for “The Act” and “Escape at Dannemora,” respectively.

Arquette presently plays Harmony Cobel, the enigmatic head at Lumon Industries, in the critically praised series “Severance.”

The “Wildflower” star also said to the source, “I’ve been portraying spooky odd women recently and I have to say it’s incredibly fun.”I find this character in ‘Severance’ to be incredibly intriguing. She kind of reminds me of a company man.
