In a joint Instagram post, they wrote: “With much sadness, after 10 years together we have reached a loving resolution to get a divorce. We are incredibly appreciative of the years spent together, the memories created, and the kids we are so proud of. We have nothing but love and respect for one another. Simply said, two people are growing apart in this situation. As we navigate this trying time for our family, we kindly ask that everyone respect our privacy.

The Hills alum exclusively revealed to the news that the athlete will “always” be the stricter parent to Camden, Jaxon, and Saylor prior to their breakup.

“I don’t just let them do whatever they want,” the Uncommon James founder explained to the news at the time. “But I’m more along the lines of let kids be kids and make a mess, whereas Jay sometimes tries to prevent the mess from even happening. … We both have obviously boundaries and rules.”

The former Laguna Beach star continued to speak with news, stating, “That’s a firm no,” when asked if she and the former professional football player were interested in expanding their family.

We feel like a really complete family, Cavallari said, especially now that I have my girl and everything is going so well. Why upset the balance? My kids are in a place that makes me happy! Saylor’s out of diapers, so you don’t have to carry around the diaper bag anymore, and you can just get up and go are all very convenient. My oldest child, Camden, would even enter the kitchen and had previously cooked cereal on his own. I think, “This is awesome!”
