According to court papers released, three “Rust” crew workers sued Alec Baldwin and the movie’s producers on Monday.

The individuals assert that after the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins in October 2021, they experienced anxiety and symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder. 42 years old.

The “30 Rock” ex-star pleaded not guilty in the case on Thursday, as reported by the media.

When Baldwin’s gun went off, killing Hutchins and striking director Joel Souza, the plaintiffs in the new lawsuit—dolly operator Ross Addiego, set costumer Doran Curtin, and key grip Reese Price—were inside the church set at New Mexico’s Bonanza Creek Ranch.

Addiego, Curtin, and Price claim that they were near to Baldwin, 64, when the gun was fired and that the ear-splitting sound of the gunfire caused them to suffer “blast injuries.”

Baldwin is charged with failing to pay attention during weapons training, failing to check that the gun was not loaded with live ammunition, and firing the round.

Baldwin is accused of intentionally killing Hutchins by discharging the gun while it was pointed in his direction, according to the prosecution.

Although prosecutors said that “photos and videos clearly show Baldwin, multiple times, with his finger inside the trigger guard and on the trigger” prior to the fatal firing, he first rejected allegations that he ever pulled the trigger on the dummy gun.

In the future, Baldwin is only permitted to discuss the continuing of filming “Rust”; he is not permitted to consume alcohol, own a firearm, or speak with prospective witnesses. Production on the film is expected to go back up this spring.
