While the Hawkeye actor, Jeremy Renner, was recovering from the fatal snow plow accident, he shared a sweet and heartfelt note from his nephew.

After the actor’s horrific accident on January 1, 2023, Renner took to Instagram to share a touching message from his nephew Auggie, who feels incredibly “lucky” to have his uncle still be alive.

In his note, Auggie expressed his appreciation for his 52-year-old uncle’s survival after the accident, which left him with more than 30 shattered bones.

“I am very lucky because my uncle is hawk eye (witch is 1 of the Avengers),” the note reads. “I am also very lucky that my uncle is alive from his accident.”

To the note, Renner replied, “Love my little man, Bless you Auggie.”

Renner posted a picture of two plush animals along with this message. He said that the sloths represent “my inside feelings.”
