The trailer for the upcoming sci-fi movie Last Sentinel has been released. The movie starring Kate Bosworth, Lucien Laviscount, Thomas Kretschmann, and Martin McCann will have its theatrical and internet premieres on March 24.

A lot of high-stakes action is promised in the Last Sentinel official trailer, which has been released on Vertical Entertainment US’s official Youtube channel. Little over two minutes long, the trailer swiftly exposes viewers to life in 2063 on Earth after the ocean levels have risen.

“Two continents are still at war. Only one outpost remains.”  The viewers can expect a small group of soldiers, including Bosworth, Laviscount, Kretschmann, and McCann, to engage an unidentified adversary there. “An empty boat turns up that’s meant to be our relief. How did that happen?” The persona of Laviscount queries.

The movie will take a lot of unexpected turns, as well. In the second half of the trailer, it is revealed that the last outpost’s men must choose between staying to defend a device, whose function is equally as enigmatic as the spacecraft carrying the missing soldiers, and leaving their post while a storm rages all around them. Yet, surviving one another will be the biggest threat. After saying, “He’s lost it,” Bosworth cuts to images of the crew using their weapons against one another.
