National health commission vice-minister Li Bin had said, “Basically, do not go to Wuhan. And those in Wuhan please do not leave the city,”

Restricting transport will lower the chances of more transmission of the virus.

Millions of Chinese are traveling out of the city for their Lunar New Year Holiday.

But officials advised the people not to leave Wuhan in a week.

Note that more than 5 cases have been reported in China. Over 17 people have died of this disease.

One case of this virus is also found in the US. US officials have started screening tests of the passengers at the airport.
