Confirmed Coronavirus cases toll has risen to 52 in Pakistan after 20 more cases reported in the country.

State Health Dr Zafar Mirza confirmed Coronavirus cases in  toll in his tweet:

There now 52 confirmed Coronavirus cases, of which effective contact tracing is being carried out. We’ve increased our diagnostic capacity, and are now able to carry out #coronavirus test in 13 labs across the country <257>

The Sindh government reported 18 new Coronavirus cases in cases (13 from Sukkur and five from Karachi), raising the province’s total to 35.

On the other hand, President Arif Alvi scheduled to leave for a two-day visit to China, along with senior ministers, at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping.

A delegation, including Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi and other senior officials will accompany the President Arif Alvi on the visit.

Furthermore During the visit, a number of Memorandum of Understandings  expected to signed.

Moreover They will enhance the bilateral cooperation in multiple spheres between Beijing and Islamabad.

This will the president’s first visit to China,

That singularly aimed at conveying strong support and solidarity of Pakistan towards the people of China as the country battles the spread of Covid-19.

The visit will play an important role in further solidifying the historic bonds of trust and mutual support between the two iron brothers.

Coronavirus cases in world

Globally, more than 6,000 people have died and more than 156,000 infected by COVID-19 as the disease spreads rapidly to new territories.

Its pertinent to mention that epicentre of outbreak now shifted to Europe, recording a high rise in new cases every day.
