Certain exercises such as brisk walking, running, swimming, or cycling will help improve lung capacity. As lockdown has been imposed and gyms are closed, you can walk briskly for a few minutes to boost lung capacity.

Consume an adequate amount of proteins and antioxidants in your diet as they will help improve lung immunity and strengthen respiratory muscles.
