Ingredients

Green tea leaves – a tablespoon

Green Cardamom – four or five

Baking soda – a pinch

Salt – a pinch

Sugar – to taste

Milk – one litre

Water – four cups

Almonds and pistachios – to taste

Put water in a large utensil, then add green tea leaves, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and salt and bring to a boil. When the water starts to boil, add soda and mix well.

Then cook it until the water is dry and one cup is left.
