Coronavirus: 40 Patients died, 3,449 cases reported

Forty coronavirus patients have died whereas 3,449 new cases have been reported in the last 24 hours.

According to the latest data by the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC), the number of confirmed cases has reached 619,259 in Pakistan.

Over 9,691,087 tests have been conducted so far whereas 42,845 tests have been conducted in the last 24 hours.

On the other hand, 578,314 patients have recovered so far 2,064 patients are in critical condition.

Sindh has remained the worst-hit province. There are 262,503 confirmed cases in Sindh, 193,054 in Punjab, 77,972 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 19,290 in Balochistan, 50,096 in Islamabad, 11,377 in Azad Kashmir, and 4,967 in Gilgit-Baltistan.

Moreover, 5,919 patients have died in Punjab, 4,473 in Sindh, 2,196 in KP, 202 in Balochistan, 536 in Islamabad, 328 in Azad Kashmir, and 103 in Gilgit Baltistan.
