The Saudi Royal Naval Forces will organize the Saudi International Maritime Forum from November 24 to 26 in Riyadh.

The forum will be organized under the theme “Importance of Securing Strategic Sea lanes” to discuss security and safety of sea lanes.

The main purpose of the forum is to achieve naval control to protect the national interests through implementation of all tasks, operations efficiently and capably.

Royal Saudi Naval Forces stated that the reason to organize this forum is to provide safe work environment with a spirit and ambition, strength and resolve of joint collective work which is capable of overcoming surrounding changes and future challenges with success, blocking and defeating any threats from the nation’s enemies and breaking their will.

A series of seminars and discussion groups will be featured during the Saudi International Maritime forum to analyze regional maritime security concepts, threats, and opportunities in a global context.

the Saudi International Maritime forum will look at threats, opportunities, emerging issues and legal and commercial difficulties that challenge international institutions and alliances and individual states.
