President of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas says United States wants to abolish former UN resolutions and international legitimacy decisions on Israeli-Palestinian conflict and use the new US plan as the only reference.

According to the sources, He stated this while speaking at an emergency meeting of Arab Foreign Ministers in Cairo.

Abbas said that the United States is a biased mediator and he will head to the United Nations Security Council to protest the deal and find a solution.

He urged the formation of an international mechanism to implement the resolutions of international legitimacy and the Arab Peace Initiative endorsed by the AL in Beirut in 2002.

He warned that Palestine will cut all relations with US and Israel over the recent so called US peace plan.

Meanwhile, Russia has warned that the so called’ Deal of the Century’ peace plan presented by US contravenes several United Nations resolutions.

Russian news agencies cited a Kremlin spokesman as saying Moscow questions feasibility of US peace plan for Middle East.

Palestine warns Israel, US not to cross red lines

Earlier on January 25, Spokesman of the Palestinian presidency Nabil Abu Rudeineh has warned Israel and America against ‘crossing red lines’.

According to the details, the spokesman of the Palestinian presidency said in a statement that the Palestinian leadership will reject any steps by the United States that would breach international law.

Nabil Abu Rudeineh reiterated the call for ending the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories and establishment of an independent Palestinian state with occupied East Jerusalem as its capital.
