21 Indian Navy sailors test positive for COVID-19

Twenty-one sailors of the Indian Navy in Mumbai have tested positive for coronavirus, reported NDTV on Saturday.

According to the details, the sailors have been quarantined at a naval hospital in the city.

However, the Navy has said that no officer or sailor serving onboard any warship or submarine has been infected.

Moreover, the officials are now conducting massive ‘contact tracing’ operation to contain the virus spread.

Most of these cases considered ‘asymptomatic’ and had traced to a single sailor who was tested positive, reports said.
