Flash floods in Wadi Al Helo caused 4 deaths as cars they were traveling in were swept away.

The floods swept away three cars and one man was rescued from the second car. However, two other men also died. People in the third car were rescued.

Four people, including two Emirati siblings, have lost their lives on Tuesday evening. A four-year-old girl and her two-year-old boy died whereas their 6-year-old brother and father were rescued.

According to details, the girl, Mathayel Fahad Al Matroushi, was a kindergarten student. His brother was recognized as Omar Fahad Al Matroushi.

Eight Emiratis, including a woman, were rescued by the Eastern Region Police Department at the General Command of Sharjah Police. The Woman is in serious condition in the hospital. Sources said that people were rescued under the supervision of Brigadier Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Deputy Commander in Chief of Sharjah Police.

Civil Defence, the Air Wing Department of the General Department of Security Support in the Ministry of Interior, Search and Rescue, and National Ambulance worked together to rescue people.
