Three Pakistan nationals died in a fire in the northeastern Spanish city of Barcelona on Friday.

Police informed that another four people have been injured. The mayor’s office said that one of the four injured was in critical condition.

According to the international news agency, a police spokesperson said, the fire broke out early in the morning in the basement of a building in the Barceloneta district of the city, killing the three men, “all Pakistani nationals”.

Police are investigating the cause of the fire.
