Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Russia have come under one roof as they signed a peace deal over the Nagorno-Karabakh region. Turkey is continuing discussions on how to observe and monitor the ceasefire.

Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said on Tuesday that Turkey is engaged in discussions on how to monitor the ceasefire as a deal has been signed after disputes.

Cavusoglu spoke at a news conference in Ankara. He said that the deal would ensure the seven regions around Karabakh are handed to Azerbaijan, adding that Turkey would continue to stand with its Azeri allies.

Armenia and Azerbaijan announced to stop fighting over the Nagorno-Karabakh region under a deal signed with Russia.

According to the international news agency, the deal has been made that calls for around 2,000 Russian peacekeepers and territorial concessions.
