American President Joe Biden was not in a rush to renew a nuclear deal with the Islamic Republic of Iran.

According to the reports, Iran’s election is expected in June and maybe there is another harder president could elect in Tehran, a US representative said in an interview.

Rob Malley, the State Department point man on Iran said in his statement that,

“We don’t intend to base the pace of our discussions on the Iranian elections, the pace will be determined by how far we can get, consistent with defending US national security interests,”

“In other words, we won’t rush or slow things because of the Iranian elections.”

The people who support diplomacy with Iran have called for renewed efforts before the election and the exit of President Hassan Rouhani.

Joe Biden wants to return back at the agreement of 2015, which ensures to lift the sanctions on Iran, but this agreement was destroyed by the former president Donald Trump, who wants to challenge the economy and sovereignty of Iran.
