Heavy rains in the eastern part of Australia have wreaked havoc in New South Wales, with many areas closed, major highways closed and several homes damaged.

According to officials, the situation in New South Wales is much worse than expected, with continuous rains bringing the water level in the dams to an all-time high and flood warnings still being issued in 13 areas.

Continuous rains have raised water levels in rivers and dams, and thousands of people have been ordered to evacuate overnight in Sydney’s low-lying areas.

The weather has also affected the delivery of the corona vaccine in New South Wales.
