This is the shocking moment a Russian tank blast an old man to death on the streets of war-torn Mariupol.

The incident has been brought to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague by Ukrainian forces, who have called it a “murder.”

When the elderly man was shot, he was calmly walking by.

The video, which was reportedly filmed on Tuesday in the besieged city of Mariupol, shows a Russian tank hiding among the ruins of a destroyed structure.

Moments later, it opens fire on a civilian, reportedly a guy, killing him instantly as the shell struck the building directly behind him, causing a massive explosion of flame and smoke.

Ministers and MPs have been shown the chilling footage.
