‘They raped a 16-year-old girl,’ said one witness. Interception of a chilling radio transmission from Russian forces in Ukraine

In audio recorded by the Ukrainian Security Service, troops can be heard speaking in their own language to others over the radio about the heinous deeds (SSU). A guy can be heard stating three tank men raped a 16-year-old girl in translated comments that Express.co.uk was unable to corroborate.
He is quoted as saying: “We’ve got three tank men here. They raped a young lady.”
A woman’s voice cuts in, demanding, “Who did it?”
As a result, the guy responds: “The trio of tankers She was sixteen years old.”
The woman can be heard asking if he is talking about Russian soldiers, to which the man responds, “Yep”.
A second audio clip opens with a male voice asking another man, “Are you eating okay at least?”
In response, a second male voice can be heard saying: “Not too bad. We had Alabay (dog) yesterday.”
The first voice asks who to which the second replies, “Alabay”.
Asked whether they are eating dogs, the second man answers: “We have. We wanted some meat.”
It causes the first guy to inquire, “Why, you don’t have anything to eat?”
His comrade goes on to state that, while ready-to-eat meals were available, they were sick of them.
He then reveals that they had gotten rid of all the chickens and geese.
The SSU gathers information on suspected Russian war crimes for The Hague using chatbots, hotlines, message apps, and email.
Michelle Bachelet, the top UN human rights official, warned on Wednesday that Russia may have committed war crimes by murdering people and damaging hospitals during its offensive on Ukrainian towns.
“Homes and administrative buildings, hospitals and schools, water stations and electrical infrastructures have all been destroyed,” she stated.
“Individualized assaults are banned by international humanitarian law and may constitute war crimes.”
Ms Bachelet went on to say that her office had received convincing information that Russian forces had fired cluster bombs at least 24 times in civilian areas.
Her office was also looking into Ukraine’s suspected use of cluster bombs.
Since the beginning of its assault on February 24, Russia has denied deploying such weapons and targeting civilians.
It refers to the battle as a special operation aimed at disarming and “denazifying” its neighbour.
“It is apparent that President Putin is hell-bent on turning Ukraine’s towns and cities to dust,” British envoy Simon Manley said on Wednesday.
Yaroslav Eremin, first secretary at Russia’s UN mission in Geneva, accused Ukrainian soldiers of human rights violations.
He accused them of torturing captives, using citizens as human shields in Mariupol, and employing cluster bombs to murder 21 civilians in Donetsk.
“Unarmed Russians have been shot on the kneecaps in publicly accessible film near Kharkiv, they have plastic bags on their heads, and some of them are unconscious,” he claimed.
“All of these atrocities against people were committed with weapons supplied by Western governments.”
The tape was released by the SSU amid rising scepticism about peace talks between Moscow and Kyiv.
Ukraine’s President, Volodymyr Zelensky, stated on Thursday that hundreds of people have been slain in Mariupol since Russian soldiers seized control of the port city.
Within 24 hours of peace negotiations aimed at ending the conflict, Russian soldiers blitzed a Red Cross headquarters in Mariupol.
The facility, shown by the red cross sign, was attacked by artillery and bombed by bombers.
The Russian Foreign Ministry, according to RIA news agency, said on Thursday that Moscow would not deny a meeting between Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Ukrainian colleague Dmytro Kuleba.
According to the article, any conversations would have to be meaningful.
