BGT star, Simon Cowell’s diet and health routine
The new series of Britain’s Got Talent is launching this Saturday. The television star, Simon Cowell, is set to look fitter than ever on the show.
He has slimmed down his physique to “healthy eating and drinking tones of water.”
He also rides e-bikes in order to lose is weight. He has 15 such bikes in his California mansion.
Rumors have circulated that 62-year-old, Simon, had a gastric band. People were denying his healthy routine, and constant exercise of cycling. Yet it did not deter him from exercising.
He says, “I did see a doctor in Harley Street. He specializes in a certain kind of diet,” adding, “He did my blood work and pee and all the rest of it, and a month later the results came in and his words were, ‘You have the worst diet out of all the clients I have ever seen in my life — you have a schoolboy’s diet from the 1960s.’”
He was just eating pies. So the doctor sent him a list, providing the things to eat that included, red meat, dairy, and gluten as well. He is now stuck to the exact diet.
He also shared his daily diet that consisted of a green smoothie and a sugar-free Alpen, with tea and oat milk for breakfast. He had grilled tomatoes and soup for the lunch.
He even mentioned that he goes to restaurants and do not eat at all. He eats baked beans on toast before leaving. His fans were shocked to hear that.
“I’m not a big eater. I don’t enjoy it that much. I’d rather have a beer than eat, any day of the week,” he says in an interview.
